Welcome
Welcome to Cape Breton University Events
Cape Breton University
About
The Events Team is involved with most every and any event or activity that takes place on campus. We are the first stop when planning an event. Most often we assist in the overall planning, organizing, logistics and execution of the event.
We ensure proper CBU branding is in place and the best possible experience is offered. This includes helping to develop desired outcome goals, cultivate ideas, generate timelines, budgets, branding material, outline presentation requirements, catering, room set-ups, technical requirements, entertainment and now ensuring health and safety protocols are being followed.
We liaise with internal departments and committees as well as external partners and vendors. There is a list provided below highlighting events, working groups and partners.
